We arrange delivery throughout mainland UK. For more remote locations, we'll confirm availability and any additional requirements with you directly.
Lead times
As our products are carefully sourced and often made to order, lead times vary by product. We confirm an estimated timeframe with you before your order is finalised.
Delivery and access
Larger products may require suitable access to your garden. We'll discuss access and placement with you in advance so the day of delivery runs smoothly.
Installation
Some products include or offer installation. Where installation is available, details will be confirmed as part of your order.
