Your right to cancel

Made-to-order and bespoke items
Some products are made to order or customised to your space. These items may be exempt from standard cancellation rights. We will make this clear before you commit.
Condition of returned items
Returned items should be unused and in their original condition where possible. We will discuss the most practical arrangement with you directly.
Refunds
Where a return is accepted, any refund due will be processed using your original payment method. Timeframes will be confirmed at the time.
